We are honored to consider your work for inclusion in Godhuli Review. We seek writing that is vivid, reflective, and evocative to transport us from a jiwanta godhuli to a jhilimili raat. Themes of memory, place and transition are encouraged but not mandatory. Please review the following guidelines before submitting.

We accept poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. Fiction and nonfiction should be between 500 to 3000 words. You are welcome to include 3 poems per submission with none exceeding 50 lines.

We ask for first worldwide electronic rights. All rights return to you upon publication. We do not accept previously published work.

Submissions must be in either Nepali or in English.

Please format all submissions as a single file (.PDF, .DOC, .DOCX).

Please refrain from including identifying information on the submission file.

Simultaneous submissions are allowed but please notify us if your work is accepted elsewhere.

We have a flat fee of NPR 200 per submission. Please note that the submission fee covers the review process itself, so it is non-refundable, regardless of the acceptance status.

We aim to respond within 4 weeks. If you have not heard from us after 6 weeks, you are welcome to send us a query.

We only accept original work. Use of AI is heavily discouraged unless specified otherwise.
